About Personal Health Records

Personal Health Records is an Android app for recording and reviewing health measurements locally. Users can track blood pressure, heart rate, weight, blood glucose, and uric acid, then review trends over time. Records can be imported or exported in CSV or Excel-compatible formats, and the interface is available in Chinese and English. The app also includes traditional calendar and zodiac references for personal interest; these are separate from the health-record functions. Records are stored on the device, with no account or internet access required. The app’s data is excluded from Android cloud backup, though Android device-to-device transfer may move it to a new phone. Users can also create an export for backup or sharing. Personal Health Records is for personal record keeping. It does not provide diagnosis, treatment, or clinical advice, and the calendar and zodiac features are not health guidance.
