About plees-tracker

plees-tracker is a simple Android sleep log that records when the user goes to sleep and wakes up. It calculates average sleep duration per day from the saved start and stop times. The app does not monitor a person while they sleep; it records the times entered by the user and performs calculations from those records. Past sleep entries can be viewed, edited individually, or deleted. Data can be exported to and imported from CSV, making it possible to keep a backup or use the records in another spreadsheet or analysis tool. Because the app does nothing during sleep, the description says it does not drain battery overnight. It is an open-source, lightweight tracker focused on sleep timing rather than movement, sound, or physiological signals. plees-tracker is useful for people who want a manual record of sleep start and end times and an average duration over time. Its results depend on the times the user records and should not be understood as a measured sleep-stage analysis.
