About PolyCal
PolyCal is a colorful, text-based calendar widget for Android. It presents calendar information through a compact widget, using color coding to help distinguish entries from multiple calendars. This can make a busy schedule easier to scan at a glance without opening a full calendar application. Users can add more than one PolyCal widget and configure each one with its own calendar selection. This allows separate views for different groups of calendars, such as work and personal events, while keeping them available on the home screen. By default, the app opens in a screenshot mode without calendar permissions, so it can also display a sample preview before calendar access is configured. PolyCal is intended for people who want a small, customizable calendar view and rely on color to distinguish schedules. Its main role is presenting selected calendar information in a compact widget rather than managing events in a full calendar interface.
