About RowMate
RowMate records workouts on FTMS-compatible rowing machines and presents live performance data during a session. Its free workout mode provides a flexible place to view and record machine data. A smart overlay can keep that information visible above other content, so a user can watch a workout video or use another app while the rowing figures remain on screen. The app also keeps a history of training sessions. Each session includes totals and average values, and zoomable graphs help users inspect performance over time. Together, live display, recording, and historical charts support both following a workout as it happens and reviewing earlier sessions afterward. The described use is specifically tied to an FTMS rowing machine.
