About Schmerztagebuch (PFA)

Schmerztagebuch (PFA) is a pain diary for recording daily symptoms and related information. Entries can include pain intensity, location, character, and time, along with the user’s condition, medication, and notes. A calendar provides access to entries by date, and a selected period can be exported as a PDF for sharing with a health professional. A daily reminder can prompt users to add an entry at a chosen time. Data is stored locally on the device and is not sent to third parties. Storage access is needed only to export a PDF; the app is ad-free and has no tracking. The diary helps organize a history of symptoms and medication for later review.
