About Skærmtid
Skærmtid is an Android utility that displays the amount of screen time in a persistent notification. Keeping the total visible throughout the day can make phone use more noticeable without requiring users to open a separate dashboard. The app presents the information neutrally, as a way to observe how much time is spent using the device. Skærmtid is open source. Its supplied description lists a single core function: showing screen-time information in an ongoing notification. It does not describe app-by-app usage reports, limits, alerts, or blocking features, so it is intended for awareness rather than controlling or restricting phone use.
