About Smouldering Durtles
Smouldering Durtles is an Android client for a kanji and vocabulary learning service. It provides access to lessons and review sessions, including offline reviews, so users can continue studying when a network connection is unavailable. Advanced search helps locate particular kanji or vocabulary items, and self-study quizzes provide a way to test recall outside the scheduled lesson flow. Users can choose from multiple themes to customize the study interface. The app is a companion to an existing learning account rather than a standalone course; an active account is required to access its full functionality. It is independently developed and is not officially supported by the service provider. Smouldering Durtles is intended for learners who already use the associated study platform and want mobile access, additional search and quiz tools, and offline review capability.
