About TiefPrompt
TiefPrompt is a teleprompter for reading a script while recording, presenting, or practicing a speech. Users can load a script from a file or paste text directly into the app, then control the scrolling with play and pause. Playback speed can be adjusted, and the screen can be flipped to suit different teleprompter arrangements. The reading display can be customized with adjustable fonts and colors. Keyboard shortcuts provide control without tapping the screen, and the interface is designed to keep attention on the script. These features make TiefPrompt useful for video recordings, live presentations, and speech rehearsal. TiefPrompt is open source and available across platforms. It focuses on displaying and moving through text at a controllable pace rather than recording or editing video itself.
