About WD Notes
WD Notes is a note-taking app that synchronizes notes with a WebDAV server. On first use, the user enters the server address and credentials; the app connects and creates a WDNotes directory where notes are stored. This makes it suitable for people who already have access to a WebDAV service and want their notes synchronized through that server. The app supports text notes formatted with Markdown, checklists whose items can be marked complete, and link notes that can be shared directly from a browser. A new note is created from the add button by selecting the desired type. Notes are stored in the server directory so they can be kept in sync through the configured WebDAV connection. Image and audio note types are shown in the feature list but are explicitly marked as not implemented. They should not be expected to work as available note formats in the described version. WD Notes is a server-dependent note app rather than a standalone offline notebook: a reachable WebDAV server and valid credentials are needed for setup and synchronization. Its supported text, checklist, and link formats provide a simple set of note types for users who want to store them under their own WebDAV account.
