About World Scribe
World Scribe helps writers organize the elements of a fictional setting and the relationships between them. World elements, called Articles, can represent people, groups, places, items, or concepts. Articles can link to one another through Connections that include a description of the relationship, making it possible to navigate from a character to relatives, locations, or objects associated with them. Each Article can also hold custom Snippets, such as a letter, speech, song, or poem tied to that part of the world. This structure supports building a setting from reference entries and related writing, rather than keeping notes in a single undifferentiated document. Worlds are stored as text files and can be exported for use in other writing projects. A world can also be backed up to a cloud storage account. World Scribe is suited to novelists, comic or screenplay writers, and role-players who need to keep fictional people, places, ideas, and their connections organized.
