About حاجب التطبيقات: Curbox
حاجب التطبيقات: Curbox blocks selected apps, websites, and parts of websites, and tracks screen use. Users can block an entire app or a specific URL path, such as a short-video section, while keeping the rest of a site available. Granular interface hiding can cover selected areas of an app, such as a home or explore feed. Focus Mode pauses apps and websites for a set time, and schedules can apply usage limits or Do Not Disturb hours. The app provides usage analytics, focus-session statistics, a live session timer, and a counter for short videos scrolled. App-specific grayscale and mindful messages offer other ways to reduce distractions. Home-screen widgets provide statistics and quick controls. When a time allowance is used, users can choose how unlocking works: strict blocking, timed or user-selected unlocks, limits on unlock frequency, or deliberate steps such as scanning a QR code or NFC tag, retyping a sentence, or solving a changing math challenge. Curbox includes tamper protection and can delay weaker rule changes before they take effect. An API lets approved apps start Focus Mode, change settings, or read usage statistics, with access controlled by the user. Curbox is an open-source tool for managing access to distracting content and reviewing app or website use. Its many controls are configurable, so the app can block whole apps or target specific feeds and site sections. It is described as free and ad-free.
