About Adiresy
Adiresy helps people in Madagascar find, share, and navigate to community address codes for buildings. Users can look up a code, resolve a shared code to a mapped location, and share a location as a link or QR code. Search works by code, place name, or administrative area, and favorite locations can be saved for quick access. Map data for the country can be downloaded at regional or city-level detail. Once map data is downloaded, core lookup tasks can work offline. The app is designed for lower-powered phones and supports Malagasy, French, and English. It does not provide turn-by-turn routing yet; offline routing is listed as planned. Coordinates are sent to the service only for a lookup explicitly started by the user, and the app states that it does not track or store them server-side. These codes are a community addressing system and have no legal value.
