About AVNC

AVNC is an Android VNC client for remotely viewing and controlling devices that run a VNC server. It supports configurable gestures and virtual keys for interacting with the remote screen, as well as a view-only mode for monitoring without input. A no-video mode and picture-in-picture support provide additional ways to use the connection. Connections can be discovered automatically on a local network, routed through a VNC repeater, or tunneled through SSH. TLS connection options include AnonTLS and VeNCrypt, and Tight encoding is supported. Servers can be imported or exported, and clipboard contents can synchronize with the remote device. Wake-on-LAN can be used to wake a compatible server before connecting. AVNC is open source and uses a Material Design interface with a dark theme. It is intended for remote access to systems already running a VNC server. The available description does not specify every VNC server or security configuration supported, so compatibility depends on the remote setup.
