About Document Scanner

Document Scanner creates digital copies of printed text and images using a connected scanner. After a scan, users can crop unwanted parts, rotate a page that was captured in the wrong orientation, print the result, export it as a PDF, or save it in an image format. These tools support a simple workflow from scanning through basic cleanup and output. The application uses the SANE scanning framework, which supports many existing scanners. Its combination of scanner access, page adjustments, and several output options makes it useful for digitizing documents and photographs without requiring separate tools for routine cleanup and saving.
