About Keep it up
Keep it up periodically checks the availability and reachability of network services. It supports ping, TCP connection, HTTP or HTTPS downloads, and SNMP version 1 or 2c. Users can create multiple independent monitoring tasks, each with its own interval and optional repeated attempts. Every result is logged with its duration. SNMP tasks can query the system group and monitor individual interfaces, with alerts when an interface’s state changes. For HTTP or HTTPS download checks, downloaded files can either be retained or deleted automatically after a successful transfer. Notifications can be sent when a check fails or when a service goes down or comes back up. Tasks can be restricted to Wi-Fi, and configurable suspension intervals can reduce activity for battery saving. Task configurations can be exported or imported as JSON. The app uses background services, alarms, and wake locks to run checks on schedule, and can restart active tasks after a device reboot. Keep it up is intended for ongoing service monitoring from a phone; its checks depend on network access and the configured interval and notification permissions.
