About MAXS Module SmsRead
MAXS Module SmsRead lets MAXS query the Android system’s SMS database. It provides a way for other parts of a MAXS setup to retrieve stored text messages through a configured transport. The module is not a standalone app and requires MAXS Main plus a configured transport. It can optionally use ContactsRead to look up contact details associated with phone numbers, adding contact context to message-related workflows. SmsRead is intended for users who want SMS database queries available within their MAXS setup. Its function is focused on reading messages; MAXS Main and the transport provide the remote-control framework that makes the module accessible.
