About RoadEagle
RoadEagle receives live traffic information from open data portals in Poland and Lithuania. It displays incidents and reports in a list and can provide traffic data to compatible navigation applications. The available information varies by country, and converting reports from different source formats may mean some details cannot be represented exactly as their originators intended. A data connection is required. A compatible navigation app can send a request that may include the device’s location or intended route. RoadEagle uses this information only to respond to the request and does not request its own location updates. This lets navigation tools add traffic reports while keeping location handling tied to the requesting app’s query.
