ruNNNpe bridge automatically transfers workout data from NPE RUNN and Bluetooth heart-rate sensors to Health Connect. After setup, it can detect workouts in the background and manage the start and stop flow while the phone remains in a pocket. A persistent notification shows live workout telemetry during tracking. The app can write session information and measurements to Health Connect, including speed, distance, heart rate, steps, step cadence, calories, elevation gained, and floors climbed. For long workouts, it uses chunked writes when exporting data. It also supports Bluetooth Low Energy treadmill and heart-rate sensor integrations, linking equipment readings to the workout record. Full synchronization depends on Health Connect being installed.
