About SCEE
SCEE is an Android OpenStreetMap survey and editing app aimed at experienced contributors who want more advanced editing options than a basic question-based survey tool. It is a modified version of a survey app, with additional functions that change how editing behaves and expose more complex map information. The product description warns that the added functionality is less tested and may behave unexpectedly. Users are cautioned to read warning messages carefully, and beginners are directed toward a simpler survey workflow. Map imagery comes from external tile providers, with optional aerial imagery. SCEE is intended for experienced mappers who understand the consequences of their edits and need more advanced controls. Its editing features may be less predictable than the base app’s, so it is not recommended for users unfamiliar with map-editing warnings.
