send2car receives a shared map location from another Android app and forwards it to a BMW vehicle as a navigation destination. When a user shares a geographic link, send2car interprets its coordinates and performs reverse geocoding to add location details before sending a message through the vehicle-connected service. The driver can then open the message in the car’s head unit and navigate to the encoded location. The app is intended for location sharing from mapping and navigation apps to a supported car. Users must configure their connected-drive account and associated vehicle identification numbers. Its function depends on the vehicle service and the account’s access; it is not a standalone navigation system or a general-purpose map app.
