About Sherpr

Sherpr is a mobile companion for monitoring and controlling coding-agent sessions running through a Herdr instance on a workstation, home server, or virtual server. It connects over SSH and provides a live dashboard of workspaces, tabs, and panes, sorted to surface sessions that need attention. Status changes can trigger on-device notifications when an agent becomes blocked or finishes. Multiple hosts can be monitored at once, with a combined queue of items needing attention. Tapping a pane opens an interactive terminal with colored output, scrollback, and keys suited to terminal applications. Users can create workspaces and sessions, rename or focus panes, answer prompts, and send text or key combinations. Optional voice dictation can use an on-device model or a self-hosted transcription server; dictated text is inserted for review and is not sent automatically. Sherpr connects directly to the user’s server over SSH, with pinned host keys and on-device keys, and has no cloud service of its own.
