About Transdroid
Transdroid is a remote management app for BitTorrent clients running on a computer or server. It can display active torrents and their individual files, add new torrents, and monitor progress. Torrents can be added through integrated search, RSS feeds, or a barcode scanner. A home-screen widget and background alarm service provide ways to check progress without keeping the app open. The app supports many popular BitTorrent clients and servers. It is a remote controller rather than a standalone download engine: the configured client performs the transfers while Transdroid manages and monitors them from Android. The Android app provides these remote controls in one place.
