About WiFiAnalyzer
WiFiAnalyzer inspects nearby wireless access points to help users evaluate signal strength and channel crowding. It can show signal levels by channel and graph a selected access point’s signal over time. Network analysis can rate available channels, helping users compare options when configuring a Wi-Fi network. Filters can narrow results by band, signal strength, security type, or network name. The app supports 2.4, 5, and 6 GHz bands where the phone’s hardware and software allow them, and can detect channel widths from 40 to 320 MHz when supported. It can show access points in a detailed or compact view, estimate distance, look up vendor information, and export access-point details. Scanning can be paused and resumed. WiFiAnalyzer is intended as a diagnostic aid for reviewing nearby networks and their radio conditions. Its available measurements depend on device support and the wireless environment. Light, dark, and system themes are available.
