About Anti-Vocale
Anti-Vocale transcribes voice messages, recorded calls, meetings, and video audio on an Android device. It offers several built-in speech-recognition models with different language coverage, speed, and size, and can import compatible custom models. Long recordings can be divided and reassembled automatically; streaming models can show text as it is produced. Transcripts can include sentence timing and be exported as SRT or VTT subtitles or timestamped text. Users can share audio from other apps, set folders to watch for new recordings, and receive notifications with actions to copy or share transcripts. The app can save transcripts to a chosen folder, remove silence, process chunks in parallel, and use device acceleration where available with CPU fallback. It works offline after models are downloaded and says audio stays on the device by default. An optional remote-processing mode can send audio to a server the user configures. Android 8.0 or later is required, and four gigabytes of RAM is recommended.
