About Assistral
Assistral provides a focused Android interface for the Le Chat AI assistant using a WebView. It blocks web requests that are not considered essential to the chat experience, with a control to switch between restricted and unrestricted browsing. Users can upload or download files and use voice input in conversations. The interface is intentionally minimal and centered on the chat. The app does not support signing in with Apple, Microsoft, or Google accounts; users who need one of those sign-in methods must complete the initial registration in a web browser. Assistral is a client interface for an online assistant, not an offline model, and its URL filtering can be relaxed when unrestricted access is needed.
