About MAXS Module SmsSend
MAXS Module SmsSend provides an SMS-sending action for MAXS. It allows a configured MAXS setup to send text messages through the Android device, with the request handled by the main component and its transport. The module is not a standalone app and depends on MAXS Main and a configured transport. It can optionally use ContactsRead to resolve a recipient from contact information and SmsWrite to add the outgoing message to the system’s SMS database. SmsSend is useful when a user wants to include text messaging in a MAXS workflow. Its role is to send SMS messages; the other components provide the communication path and, when installed, contact lookup or message-record handling.
