About NextDNS Manager
NextDNS Manager is an Android app for managing settings and viewing activity for a NextDNS filtering configuration. Users can adjust filtering modes, manage blocklists and whitelists, and monitor DNS queries, blocked requests, and security events in real time. An app lock using a PIN or biometrics can protect access to configuration settings. The interface includes dark mode, themed icons, and support for 14 languages. The app requires Android 12L or later. It is an open-source, third-party management client and is not officially affiliated with the filtering service it controls. NextDNS Manager is intended for people who already use that DNS filtering service and want to manage its configuration from Android.
